Interim Dean
Linda Truong is a higher education professional with a decade of experience across community colleges focusing on program development, business operations, financial management, and building strong cross-institutional relationships and partnerships with K-12 districts, college faculty, classified staff, campus departments and community stakeholders to advance equitable and sustainable early college access and pathways. Most recently serving as the Director of High School Transition and Dual Enrollment at College of San Mateo, she was the primary administrator leading the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of early college programs that support student access, enrollment, and success.
Previously, she held supervisory and program roles at Skyline College, including Project Director for Dual Enrollment and Program Services Coordinator for Carl Perkins Grant, where she managed grant-funded initiatives, coordinated strategic planning efforts, and guided cross-functional teams in support of Career Technical Education programs. Earlier in her career, she supported entrepreneurship programming and community engagement initiatives at the Bay Area Entrepreneur Center of Skyline College. She also developed a strong financial foundation through her work in corporate accounting at Wells Fargo Corporate Properties.
Linda holds a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Management at University of California, Davis, with concentrations in Strategic Management and Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San Francisco State University. She is committed to advancing student-centered innovation, increasing college access, and developing and supporting programs that promote inclusivity, equity, persistence, and long-term success.
