In addition to the Cilker Design Building and new Visual Art Building (FA23), WVC is building a brand-new 49,000 sq. ft. Performing Arts Complex scheduled to open 2027 - 2028.

The new building will feature one of the largest Foundries of any CCC, along with state-of-the-art Fabrication, Ceramics, Painting, and Digital Art labs. The complex will also house a world class Art Gallery dedicated to the exhibition of both student work and visiting artists.
